Pells provide you with an aluminum bike with comfort of carbon frame which provides you with the ideal cross country mountain bike. The Pells Razzer uses their own innovation from development with the Pells Medium Tail system. Pells Razzer unique new rear triangle models are manufactured from P6 and 7005 material gives the bike exclusive riding specs and look. Very flat seat stays with the width of only 12mm in combination with flat chain stay give the frame top class comfort with the same level of stiffness. This combination allows to bend vertically while holding the maximum horizontal stiffness.
Puttying and grinding welds adds to the alloy frames P6 Ultra lite “carbon look“. Frames from this triple butted aluminum have a 1 1/8″ suspension fork for maximum rigidity and precise steering.
Frame at first sight with its attractive design. The top tube is formed through hydro forming and its strong Bi-axial profiling allows a perfect connection at the middle and at the pyramid-shaped head tube. Design highlight is the connection of the top tube to the rear struts. Top tube is towards the seat tube is flattened considerably, orbits the seat tube, and smoothly connects to the rear strut. The reason for this solution is not only design originality of the frame, but also to improve its driving parameters. Precise technical design is underlined by grinded welds.
